Indication/Description:
For the treatment of infections caused by pathogenic micro-organism susceptible to tylosine.
Cattle, goat, sheep: for the treatment of complex pneumonia, shipping fever, pasteurellosis due to P. multocida; arthritis, foot-rot, acute contagious milk syndrome, pneumonia, dermatitis, metritis caused by Actynomyces pyogenes and leptospirosis.
Swine: for the treatment of broncho-pneumonia, enzootic pneumonia due to M. hyopneumoniae; Polyarthritis caused by M. hyosynoviae; leptospirosis, pasteurellosis, erysipelas, dysentery due to Treponema hyodysenteriae, Vibrio; enterotoxemia due to C. perfringens…
All mammals: infections after surgery.
Administration & Dosage:
Deep I.M. injection.
Average dose: 1 ml / 20 kg of b.w, once daily for 3 - 5 days.
- Cattle: 3 - 5 ml /100 kg of b.w.
- Swine, goat, sheep: 2.5 ml / 50 kg of b.w.
- Piglets: 2.5 ml / 50 kg of b.w.
Caution:
- When symtomps are at early stage or in case of martitis: treatment should only be given one a day for three days consecutively,
- For severe cases: treatment should be given twice a day for three days consecutively.
Withdrawal period:
Withdraw 7 days after last treatment for slaughter.
Withdraw 3 days after last treatment for milk collection in cow.
