Indications
AZ.TIMICOSIN ORAL has an antibacterial spectrum that is predominantly effective against Mycoplasma s.p., Pasteurella s.p. and Haemophilus s.p.p. and various Gram-positive organisms such as Corynebacterium spp.
AZ.TIMICOSIN ORAL is indicated for the control and treatment of respiratory infections associated with tilmicosin-susceptible micro-organism such as Mycoplasma spp., Pasteurella multocida, Heamophilus sp., Actinomyces pyogenes and Mannheimia haemo-lytica in livestock.

Administration and dosage
Administration in drinking water or pet milk with the following recommended concentration:
• Cattle: 1 ml/25 kg b.w, administered twice per day, for 3 - 5 days.
• Poultry, turkey: 300 ml/1000 liters of drinking water, for 3 - 5 days.
• Swine: 800 - 1600 ml/1000 liters of drinking water, for 5 - 7 days.
Prepared solutions should be consumed within 24 hours.
To ensure correct dosage, concentration should be adjusted to the actual fluid intake.
If necessary, treatment can last for 10 - 21 days.
Withdrawal period
Withdraw 14 days before slaughter in cattle.
Withdraw 12 days before slaughter in poultry, turkey.
