Colistin sulfate 25 000 000 IU

Indications:
VIAVET AMOXY-COLI is indicated for the prevention and treatment of diseases caused by bacterial infections in livestock, including pneumonia, bacterial pneumonia caused by Haemophilus influenzae, colibacillosis, bacterial diarrhea, staphylococcosis, pasteurellosis, and salmonella infections. It is also effective in treating pneumonia, CRD, coryza, colibacillosis, and staphylococcosis in poultry and swine.
Administration & Dosage:
Dissolve into drinking water or mix with feed for 3 - 5 days.
• Poultry:
- Preventive dosage: 1g/8 liters of drinking water or 100g/
4 000 kg of b.w daily.
- Curative dosage: 1g/4 liters of drinking water or 100g/2 000 kg of b.w daily.
• Swine: 1g/20 kg of b.w twice daily or 100 g/50 kg of feed.

Storage condition:
Keep in a dry, cool place and keep away from sunlight.
Store at room temperature.
Withdraw period:
Withdraw 5 days before slaughter.
Shelf-life:
3 years from manufacture date.
